Puding karamel yg manis!

Smlm ak msk puding karamel. 1st time ak tgk puding tu jd lawa. HAHA ;D tp lembik cket. myb sbb trlbh air. nvm. aslkn rse puding tu ade. laku pulak tu. tak smpai shari dahh hbs :)

Tuan tuan dan Puan puan,
Utk msk puding, anda prlu mnyediakn :

- vanila
- tepung jagung [3sudu besar]
- susu cair [1 tin]
- air [3per4 tin]
- gula [stengah cwn]
- telur [8 biji]
- gula hangus [4 sudu besar gula]

Mak cik, ikot steps ni yerk!

1) Telur, vanila, gula, susu cair, tepung jagung, air tu sume campur skali la. ltk dlm mangkuk besar punye!
2) Buat gula hangus wey, dlm tmpt korg nk masak puding tu. ak tataw la ap nme dy. Smpai dy jd kaler coklat gelap. Pstu, tuangkn air cket je kt gula hangus tu.
3) Then, kukus lahh. Tggu dlm mse sejam. Insyaallah, masak la tu. Klau nk taw puding tu da masak ke tak, cucuk dgn lidi smpai tde puding yg mlekat. Means da masak la tu.
